Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kairali Arts Centre, we take pride in offering authentic Indian heritage products, handcrafted items, traditional apparel, musical instruments, temple jewellery, and cultural merchandise.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused.
• Item must be in original condition.
• Item must be in original packaging.
• Customer must provide proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Items must be shipped back to the address provided by Kairali Arts Centre after return approval.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Kairali Arts Centre is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized products
• Special order products
• Digital products
• Downloadable products
• Gift cards
• Course registrations
• Workshop registrations

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Photographs of the product

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved for:

• Defective products
• Wrong item received
• Size exchange requests (subject to stock availability)

The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kairali Arts Centre.
