1 Enrolment

• ▸ A registration fee applies for all new students
• ▸ Students must provide accurate personal information during registration

2 Fees & Payments

• ▸ Monthly fees must be paid in advance
• ▸ Fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced
• ▸ Discounts and special offers are limited-time and subject to change without notice

3 Class Structure

• ▸ Regular classes are 1-hour sessions per week per subject
• ▸ Attendance is the responsibility of the student and guardian

4 Missed Classes

• ▸ Makeup classes are not guaranteed unless prior approval is given
• ▸ Consistent attendance is expected for meaningful progress

5 Vacation & Holiday Classes

• ▸ Holiday camps and intensives are offered at fixed durations and package pricing
• ▸ No partial refunds once enrolled in a holiday programme

6 Conduct

• ▸ Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards teachers and peers
• ▸ Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund

7 Media & Content

• ▸ Photos and videos taken during classes or events may be used for promotional purposes
• ▸ Parents or guardians may request exclusion by notifying us in writing

8 Transport

• ▸ Transport services are optional and charged separately
• ▸ Timings and routes depend on availability and area coverage

9 Schedule Changes

Kairali Arts reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, or instructors when necessary. Students will be notified in advance.

10 Liability

• ▸ Kairali Arts is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on premises
• ▸ Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of younger students
