Two-generation choreography knowledge
Kairali combines a 34-year classical foundation under Guru Mini Radhakrishnan with the modern competition lens of Dhanya, who has been choreographing for the inter-school circuit since her own competition years. That parent-daughter combination is the studio's edge.
Routine, not improvisation
Competition choreography is built to a stopwatch. Pieces are choreographed to specific time slots, formations are rehearsed for floor coverage, and group synchronisation is drilled until judges cannot find a misstep. Other schools rehearse the moves; Kairali rehearses the marks on the floor.
Stage time for everyone
Sargolsavam, our annual production, is a real stage with a real audience, not an exam. Every student dances in it. By the time a competition arrives, performing in front of strangers is normal, not an event.
