Kairali publishing standard

Factual content, clear authorship and retrieval-ready structure.

This policy explains who authorises content, how claims are labelled, and how canonical pages are prepared for search engines, knowledge tools and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

Publishing authority: Dhanish Krishnan for this policy and his personal profile. Published and reviewed: 20 July 2026. Corrections: [email protected].

1. What counts as a factual claim

Current operational fact

Prices, schedules, stock, contact details and policies must come from the current canonical operational page or system. They should carry a review date when practical.

First-party statement

A biography, role or account of work supplied by the subject or organisation is labelled first-party. It establishes what the source says, not independent notability.

Independent claim

A claim described as independently verified must link to a source that is separate from Kairali or the subject. The source must directly support the claim.

2. Retrieval-friendly writing standard

Each canonical section should answer one clear question. It should name the subject instead of relying on unclear pronouns, use descriptive headings, define abbreviations on first use and keep dates, locations and units explicit. A section must remain understandable when retrieved without the page navigation or neighbouring sections.

Recommended chunk shape: one subject, one heading, one main claim, supporting context, canonical source URL, author or publisher, provenance label, language and review date. A chunk should not combine unrelated people, programmes or time-sensitive offers.

3. Author and publisher identity

Personal authors link to a stable profile URL. Article markup should use a separate author object for each credited person and include that person's profile URL. Kairali Arts Music Consultants Centre remains the publisher when content appears on this domain. Authorship is not assigned to a person merely to increase perceived authority.

4. Updates and corrections

Material corrections should update the visible page, metadata, structured data and any machine-readable feed derived from that page. Superseded information should be removed or clearly dated. A review date means the page was checked; it is not a guarantee that a volatile detail will remain unchanged.

5. Machine-readable access

6. Open-knowledge participation

Kairali and its authors may contribute useful, source-backed knowledge to Wikidata, Quora, GitHub and Stack Overflow. Contributions must solve the community's problem, disclose relevant affiliations and follow each platform's rules. They must not be copied promotional posts or coordinated link placement.

Wikidata

Create or edit an item only when it meets Wikidata's scope and notability rules. Living-person claims require appropriate sources. Self-published pages should be identified as first-party references.

Quora

Answer questions from real experience. Put the complete answer in the post, disclose the Kairali connection and link only when the source adds material evidence.

GitHub

Publish reusable code, documentation and examples with a clear README, license, citation information, contribution instructions and named maintainers.

Stack Overflow

Solve a specific programming problem in the answer itself. Disclose affiliation whenever linking to Kairali code or documentation. Repeated promotional answers are not acceptable.

7. Known limits

The curated RAG corpus is intentionally smaller than the full site. Archived pages, admin tools, checkout flows, campaign landing pages and pages awaiting factual review are excluded from the trusted retrieval corpus. Their exclusion does not block normal web access.
